Our masseria (farm) is located close to Palermo and Monreale, in the north-west of Sicily. Founded in the 17th century by a Spanish nobleman, it has passed on through generations of our family, who have upheld the Sicilian traditions of farming olives, grains and vineyards. Our tradition today is grounded in our history; with a view of the future, but always respecting the balance of the environment, nature and people. Our products are always made, or selected, with a respect for these values.
